Old fashion style place but they offer very delicious fried chicken.

This is special place since it is located not in the middle of Yogyakarta. It has big parking lot which can park about 20 cars and a lot of motorcycle. In addition, the restaurant itself has 2 separated building which means if one place is full, you will never run out of place to eat. You will find an amazing view on the way there started from rice field, peaceful and green village, also nice masjid near there. The place is also quite easy to be found.

The restaurant is really famous. I think this is one of best of serving Javanese fried chicken in Yogyakarta. I really enjoy it and I think that all the culinary tourists will love it also. Highly recommended.

Sophisticated traditional cuisine of Javanese. It has rich taste and has some favorite menus. You can try it. I recommend this restaurant. Even located outside the town, this fried chicken restaurant is famous amongst the culinary lovers. It also has live music everyday. Don't forget to come before 5.00pm because it closed already. Alternatively you can find the branch in Madukismo close to sugar factory.

Well its basically fried chicken and that's all. But this one offers organic free range chicken with authentic Javanese seasonings. I usually eat here with my wife, ordering one whole chicken without rice. The staffs were just stared us in disbelief LOL..Nice and spacious place in the middle of a rice field. A great delicate outback for families and friends alike.

The food it'self tasty with and local chicken meat is best. But place is little digusting where you can find cigarettes ash and buts at every corner. Adviceable to choose out door seats to avoid cigarettes fumes and unpleasant odor since no air conditioning and lack of air circulations.

There are 2 buildings. It is separated but actually it is the same seller. The parking area is quite big. The food is good especially if you like ayam goreng that is not crispy. The chicken is big, they use ayam kampung but the chicken meat is very tender. The price depends on how big is the chicken. It is around 30-45k per piece. There is 2 kind of sambals. The spicy one and not spicy.

Too oily, plain, and the taste is just so so. The chickens are too big that makes it look like broiler chicken.

The taste of the chicken itself is not that special, however it is VERY huge. Two person can eat one portion of chicken (their chicken breast, especially) because of its huge size. Their terong goreng is oily and not the crispy, battered type. The price isn't written on the menu but it's not a scam or whatsoever. Overall, alright food with alright price (considering its a tourist place).

Very good local fried chicken in Bantul area of Yogyakarta. Be warned that the chicken has a lot of fried oil on it, so make sure to use tissue to clean it first. Very delicious!

The place is quite far from the city center. Generally, popular culinary attractions are located in the middle of the city, but not with this place. In fact, the visitors are full. The fried chicken is delicious, especially added with papaya leaves, tofu, tempe, fresh vegetables, chilli sauce, plus sweet iced tea, so filling especially the portion of 1 piece of fried chicken is really big.
